Shopify app: use of the service

Merchants may use ModelSwap only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Shopify platform requirements, applicable law, and any product-specific usage rules communicated inside the app or supporting documentation.

Shopify app: availability and changes

Features, workflows, and integrations may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to maintain security, platform compatibility, or product quality.

Shopify app: merchant responsibilities

• Keep store access and merchant account credentials secure.
• Ensure uploaded content and generated outputs are lawful and properly licensed.
• Review Shopify product data before publishing it to a live storefront.

Shopify app: termination

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Capchr iOS app: who can use Capchr

Capchr is a business tool intended for use in the course of a business. You may use Capchr commercially, including to create and publish product listings and marketing imagery.

Capchr iOS app: your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

Capchr iOS app: subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. An annual option may be offered at a discount.

Capchr iOS app: credits

Each plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits, used when you generate imagery and create listings. Any credits you don't use carry over into the next month, but credits still unused at the end of that next month expire. For example, unused credits from your January allowance can be used until the end of February, then they're removed. Credits have no cash value and aren't refundable except where the law requires.

Capchr iOS app: your images and content

You keep ownership of the images and product information you upload. You give us permission to host and process them to run the service, which includes sending them to our AI providers to generate your results.

Capchr iOS app: consent for images of people

If your images show a real person (for example, a model), you must have all the rights and consents needed to upload that image and to use the AI-generated result commercially. You're responsible for the content you upload and for having those consents.

Capchr iOS app: AI-generated results

AI results can contain errors or look different from your actual product, so review everything before you publish. You can use your results commercially, but be aware that copyright in purely AI-generated images is legally uncertain.

Capchr iOS app: what you can't do

Don't use Capchr for anything illegal, deceptive or infringing, don't upload images of people without their consent, and don't try to bypass usage limits or the credit system.

Capchr iOS app: service, liability, and governing law

The service is provided "as is." We aim to keep it available but can't guarantee it's always uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability to you is limited. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
